Dance for Diabetes brings the Cayman community together for an energetic morning of fitness, family fun and diabetes awareness. Hosted by BAF Insurance, the event invites participants to get moving at Seven Mile Beach Park while supporting a healthier Cayman.
The programme features a warm-up and exercise session with FN Sports, followed by Zumba with School of Fitness. Participants can register individually or sign up with up to 10 family or team members.
