Drive Safe Cayman
HURLEY’S MEDIA URGES THE CAYMAN COMMUNITY TO DRIVE SAFE THIS SUMMER
Hurley’s Media is calling on the Cayman community to drive safe this summer, in partnership with Britcay, National Roads Authority and RCIPS.
In its 4th consecutive year, the Drive Safe campaign will this year focus on three main areas of major concern relating to drivers on our roads; driving under the influence, speeding and distracted driving.
Drink driving, speeding and distracted driving are the leading causes of fatal collisions in the Cayman Islands, all of which can be avoided, not only saving you time and money, saving the lives of others.
During the eight-week campaign, Hurley’s Media will be inviting key members of the community to talk on Z99, Bob, IRIE and Cayman Crosstalk about the importance of following road safety in Cayman.
We will be using our powerful channels of communication and radio personalities to spread lifesaving messages about Safe Driving in an effort to reduce minor and fatal collisions on our roads.
If everyone pays attention to these important messages, we will see a decline in avoidable minor collisions and accidents that take the lives of loved ones in our community.
If you'd like to get involved in the Drive Safe campaign, email brydiephillips@hurleysmedia.ky or call 923-0829.
